If you don’t see the brand you have listed, just give us a call to check if we work on that particular type of sensor. A few brands and models have been deemed irreparable. In the end, we want to give you reliable repairs and great value for your money, so it’s not reasonable for us to service some sensors. Kodak Sensors
Over the years, Kodak has proven to be one the most reliable sensors on the market. Many of the older models are still performing excellently, even after 10+ years of everyday use. They possess superior image quality with excellent design and manufacturing.
Our lab has a store of spare parts for this particular brand, making repairs fast and efficient. With a long history of repairing these sensors, our technicians are prepared to help with yours. When you decide to work with us, all calibration files have been embedded into the sensors, so you won’t need to send any discs in. That means you can simply place your sensor in a mailer and send it directly to us!

Carestream® sensors are the same reliable Kodak sensors that we have come to love and rely on. Carestream® now owns all of the Kodak sensor technology and has simply rebranded some of the classic models with the new name, Carestream®. Their reputation for quality and dependability makes these sensors extremely popular; we have a great deal of experience working with them.

DEXIS™ Sensors
DEXIS™ Platinum sensors are currently a favorite among dental providers. With such a high popularity, we service these parts on a regular basis. Using a technical expertise for our approved repair process, our team can assist any problem. If you decide to move forward with repairs, there are a few steps we ask you take for this particular brand.
If you are able to locate your calibration files disc, please include it with your sensor upon shipping. The calibration file disc looks similar to the Dexis install disc and will have the 10-digit serial number that matches your sensor. It’s usually located near your USB connector. If you are unable to find the disc, the 3 files are small and can be copied onto a flash drive or attached to an email. These 3 files will begin with the corresponding 10-digit serial number. Gendex™ Sensors
Gendex GSX-700™ sensors are another one of the more popular options on the market. Built with the most recent technology, they’re a top-performing piece of equipment many dentists have turned to. With their state-of-the-art design, our technicians have found techniques that leave these sensors properly restored and working at the highest level. If you decide to move forward with repairs, there are a few steps we ask you take for this particular brand.

As the model has slowly been phased out of production, many providers have been left without options for repair. Our technicians work with Schick CDR® sensors on a daily basis as we’ve become one of the only companies to service this brand. If you decide to move forward with repairs, there are a few steps we ask you take for this particular brand.
If you are able to locate your calibration files disc, please include it with your sensor upon shipping. The calibration file disc was probably included with your sensor upon purchase. However, if you are unable to find the disc, the file is small and can be copied onto a flash drive or attached to an email. The file will begin with the corresponding serial number and end with .COR. For help with this process, contact us and one of our team members will walk you through it.
